Management reserves the right to cancel bookings & remove guests and/or their
visitors without refund if their actions or behaviour causes disruption or harm to
other guests or staff, any loss or damage to the property or are in breach of the
terms and conditions of stay.
If your booking is cancelled more than 90 days before the date of arrival, 5% of the
booking item amount will be charged (Admin Fee).
If cancelled between 90 to 60 days before the date of arrival, 10% of the booking item
amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 60 to 30 days before the date of arrival, 15% of the booking item
amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival, 20% of the booking item
amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 21 to 8 days before the date of arrival, 25% of the booking item
amount will be charged.
If cancelled fewer than 8 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the
full booking (100%) amount will be charged.
A change of booking or shortening your stay is considered a cancellation -
no refund will be provided if you choose to arrive later or depart earlier
than indicated in the original booking without sufficient prior notice.
